Dr. Wilderman: When a new patient comes into the office, we take a series of at least 10 digital photographs, download them, and display them in front of them on a 42-inch monitor. And that way, in speaking with the patient, they can clearly communicate to me what their goals and desires are. And once I understand that, I can envision what their end result's going to look like.
Woman: Dr. Wilderman uses a four-step process that ensures patients receive exactly what they desire with their veneers. The first step is the consultation, where Dr. Wilderman learns what your desires are. The second step allows you to look at a wax-up that was made by the laboratory and approve or make changes. The third step is when temporary veneers are placed over your existing teeth for an actual try-in. And the fourth step is the delivery of your final veneers.
Dr. Wilderman: So, by the time we've gotten from a consultation to the final delivery, the patient's been able to communicate to me and I've been able to communicate that to the laboratory. So, that consultation is extremely important, very helpful for our final result.
